Barbara Ann Belles, age 75, of Newport, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Belles, parents, Hubert and Ethel Ricker, sister, Jeanette Cameron. She is survived by her sons, Charlie (Tina) Belles of Parrottsville, James Belles of Newport, and Joe (Linda) Belles of Cosby, daughter, Lisa Kyker of Cleveland TN, grandchildren, Stacy Kyker, Brittany Allen, Charles Allen III, Anjelica Owenby, Joe Belles, III and Rickey Belles, brother, Hubert “Ricky” (Rhonda Ricker of Star, SC, twelve great-grandchildren, and several other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service following at 7:00 pm, with Rocky Ball officiating.
