Doyle Williams, age 81, of Newport passed away Friday, March 12, 2021. He was preceded in death by wife, Mary Nell Eslinger Williams; special friend, Mary Mahon; and brother, Timmons Williams. He is survived by children, Cheryl Pack, Martha Hurst, Rebecca (William) Barnes and Joyce (Tony) Marshall; brother, Allen Williams; sisters, Euritha Proffitt and Rita Reep; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Special thanks to Avalon Hospice, especially nurse Janet and bath aide, Taylor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, March 15, 2021 at Manes Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm prior to funeral service.
