Joyce Ball Fine Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Joyce Ball Fine, 76, of Newport went to meet her Savior on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Born December 8, 1945, in Del Rio, Joyce was the daughter of Horace and Juanita Ball. She was the oldest of six siblings. To Joyce, family was everything, and she was the family photographer. She never missed an opportunity to take a picture. She saved every newspaper clipping a family member appeared in and placed them all into albums. She also loved babysitting her nieces and nephews. Joyce was a member of West End Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents and spouses: Darius Tinsley “Jack” Fine and Jack Phillip Raines. Joyce is survived by her daughter Jackie Sue Raines and stepsons Darius (Tracy) Marra and Anthony Marra; her brothers Ronnie Ball of Del Rio, Wayne (Loretta) Ball of Newport, and Darrell (Freda) Ball of Newport; her sisters Wendy (Bob) Malott of Winter Haven, Florida, and Joann (Ralph) Breeden of Newport; her nieces Misty Ball (Trey) Youngblood, Melanie Kuykendall (Michael) Clark, Tracey Breeden (Kyle) Griffin, Michelle Ball, Kristen Ball (Lucas) Tabor, and Malinda Ball; her nephews Dwayne (Sherry) Breeden, Brad Ball, and Steven Ball; and her bonus daughter Stacy Henry. Joyce is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm on Tuesday in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Mooty officiating.
