She was preceded in death by her husband Ireland James Vance, Sr., son, Ireland James Vance, Jr, parents, James and Nannie Workman, father-in-law, William Lewis Vance, mother-in-law, Arizona Wiley Sutherland, several, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law. She is survived by her children, Malinda (Arthur) Stoneking, Lisa (Brian) Baxter, Sherry (Virgil) Browning, James David Vance, and Melissa Vance, sister, Irma Colegrove, Velda Bryant, and Rebecca Frye, grandchildren, Felicia Shelton, Alisha (Jeff) Matthews, Brittany (Louis) Baxter, Virgil Browning, Jr., David (Breanna Radar) Vance, Destiny (Garett Elbright) Vance, Larry, Prescott, William (Olivia Cornett), Belcher, and Katelin Moeller, great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin , Kyler, Isabella and Emily Shelton, Jacey Bice, Harley Miller, Brycen and Kevin Baxter, Isaiah and Aiden Jenkins, Taelyn and Luly Perez, Loxley Vance, and Brantley, Payton, and Olivia Belcher, Issac and Phelix Belcher, sister-in-law, Gertrude Watkins, special former daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Patterson, former sister-in-law, Phyllis Clay, also several nieces, uncles and aunts. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Sunday, March 20, 2022 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tracy Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
